This inventory introduces the profiles of two organizations: The Dayton Woman Suffrage Association and the organization that succeeded it, the Dayton League of Women Voters. The collections profile the suffrage movement from 1867-1920, and the League of Women Voters activities from 1920-present, using a variety of materials acquired by the Dayton and Montgomery County Public Library.
